Please ensure that the products are returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Let's keep it clean.
Quickly cross it off your to-do list and send your return to us within 30 days.
Your product will be exchanged or the purchase amount will be refunded. (Please note that the amount to be refunded may be lower because your Meister Volume Discount may be reduced).
You must pay the return costs, for more information, see our FAQ. In case of an exchange, we will send you the replacement products free of charge.
Did you receive a free Essential?
Every now and then we like to surprise our customers with free Essentials, for orders above a certain amount. If the products are not to your liking, and you are looking to return these, that is no issue at all! However, if you want a refund, we kindly ask you to send back the free Essential that was given in your order. If the total amount drops below the required minimum value, we have to charge you for the free Essential that you have received.
Are you looking to make an exchange, or to send back only some of your products, meaning that you stay above the minimum amount for our free gift? No worries! In that case you can keep the extra gift.
How do I place a return request?
1. You can return items via Returnista, click here to register your return. Enter your e-mail address and order number.
2. Place the items you wish to return in the packaging in which you received them, or in another sturdy cardboard package.
3. Take your parcel to a post office within 3 working days of notification or have it collected by using the collection service (depending on which return method you have chosen).
4. Once we have received your parcel, we will process the request within 3 working days.
