Giving Tuesday
Giving Tuesday draait om het helpen van mensen die dat het hardst nodig hebben. Undiemeister wil hier ook zijn steentje in bijdragen, en daarom hebben wij weer de handen ineen geslagen met het Leger des Heils. Voor elke bestelling in november vanaf €100,- doneren wij een van onze Premium Essentials aan het Leger des Heils. Zo helpen we samen mensen die dit hard nodig hebben. Zoals Meisters dat doen.
Undiemeister® embraces Giving Tuesday
As you may know, with Black Friday we have always done the exact opposite of what Black Friday is all about: not sprinkling discounts, but instead giving to those who need it. And that is exactly what Giving Tuesday is about. Giving instead of taking. Encouraging people to do something for someone else instead of chasing discounts to mainly buy as much stuff as possible for yourself.
That is why we have embraced Giving Tuesday wholeheartedly and, in fact, we are continuing what we were already doing. Giving to those who need it. Preferably our own items, because if you do give, give something good. In 2022, we put our focus on the various clothing banks. Despite unprecedented prosperity in the West, clothing banks are still needed in our country.
Giving Tuesday is thus the counterpart of Black Friday. Giving instead of taking. But Giving Tuesday is not just about stuff. Its initiators also encourage people to simply do something nice for someone else or to help another person in need. So it's easy to join Giving Tuesday.
Salvation Army in 2023
In 2023, we will again focus entirely on the Salvation Army. In fact, for every order, we will donate one item to the Salvation Army. Anyone can join Giving Tuesday; check for initiatives in your area, or support us with our action for the Salvation Army.
