1. We are Undiemeister®

2.Offer and Agreement
2.1. When you buy an article online via the webshop of Undiemeister®, you enter into an agreement with Undiemeister®. These Conditions apply to all your online orders and purchases.
2.2. Our Conditions are easily accessible at the moment you are ordering as well as at any point in time thereafter. Via our website you may read, reread or download the then applicable and latest version of the Conditions.
2.3. When an offer contains an obvious mistake and/or error, such as an unusually low price, an agreement which arises from such offer is not binding upon Undiemeister®. Please contact Undiemeister® Customer Services at [email protected], when you doubt the validity of an offer.
2.4. At ordering, we need your correct information and contact details, to avoid incorrect delivery following your order. Please make sure you provide us with the correct information. We keep your information safe and process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.
3. Price and Payment
3.1. The price stated in the Undiemeister® webshop includes value added taxes. Delivery charges, if applicable, are stated separately before payment.
3.2. To pay for your order, use one of the payment methods available in the webshop of Undiemeister®.
3.3. It is possible that if the delivery address is located outside the European Union, additional taxes may apply, if and when the country in question charges additional levies, such as import tax. Undiemeister® unfortunately has no influence or control over such levies and can therefore not provide you with further information. Any import duties and taxes payable will be your sole responsibility as customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery. These additional costs are for your own account. Please check yourself if the ordered articles can be exported and imported to the country in question and please also check the costs, before placing an order with us.
3.4 Meister Points can only be used when purchasing Undiemeister® articles, on the Undiemeister® website. Meister Points cannot be exchanged for cash. When you return items from an order, the Meister Points received for the returned items from this order will be deducted from your Meister Points balance. This also applies to Meister Points received as an extra bonus for introducing a new customer, if that customer returns the items again. Meister Points have a validity of 1 year. After this year, the validity for the points expires and they can no longer be used for a purchase. The value of 1 point is €0.01.
4. Quality, legal guarantee & complaints
4.1. Undiemeister® does its very best to show its products on the website as accurately as possible. The display of products on the website via photography, video or other means, may sometimes result in differences (such as color differences), compared to the products received. This is inherent to the nature of the products. If this is the case you may return your purchased products within 30 days.
4.2. Undiemeister® offers products made from the highest quality materials. Obviously, the products we offer are naturally subject to wear and the lifespan of a product is partly dependent on the material of the product, the intensity of use and the level of care. When used normally, Undiemeister® stands for its quality. However, for optimum lifespan and quality, it is important to follow the washing instructions. But if you nevertheless think there is something wrong with the products received, please contact us by phone or email. Our customer services will always help you.
4.3. Filing a complaint can also be done via the Dispute Commission via the European ODR Platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/, after we’ve had the opportunity to help you first.
5. Delivery
5.1. Undiemeister® takes great care to ensure that the products you ordered are shipped accurately and as fast as possible. Please let us know as soon as possible, if you unexpectedly receive incomplete or damaged products, ultimately within 48 hours after receiving the products. Our customer services will take care of this, who can be reached at [email protected] or by phone.
5.2. We ship your orders to the delivery address provided by you and via the means of delivery chosen by you, when and if different delivery choices are available on our website for your shipping destination. Please look for the delivery costs for your country on our website.
5.3. When you provide us with a wrong address, the costs for the lost product(s) are for your own account.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1. You have a period of 30 days after receiving the product to withdraw your agreement with Undiemeister®, without giving any reason.
6.2. Your right of withdrawal has to be exercised by informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can withdraw from this agreement by sending us an e-mail to [email protected] or to use the steps on how to return your purchased products, that can be found in detail on our website, on this page: https://undiemeister.com/be_fr/returns. You can also withdraw the agreement partially. Your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal needs to be send and received by us before the withdrawal period of 30 days has expired.
6.3. After terminating the agreement, the product(s) should be returned as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days after receipt of all the products in your order. The return address of Undiemeister® is stated on https://undiemeister.com/be_fr/returns or will be received by you via email. The return costs are at your own expense. In the case of an exchange of products, we will send you the replacement products free of charge.
6.4. We will refund you with the same payment method that you used to make the original payment. Undiemeister® will refund the amount paid at the latest within 14 days after receiving the returned product(s). In the case of a partial cancellation, we only refund the costs of the returned product (please note that the amount to be refunded in case of a partial cancellation may be lower than the original purchase price for an individual product, as your Meister Volume Discount may be reduced).
7. Return policy
7.1. Like you would do in an actual shop, you can try out our product(s) as far as necessary to make a purchase. Please make sure that the original packaging is undamaged when returning, and the cards are still attached, when present. We have to deduct the decrease in value from the total amount to be refunded to you, for products that are incomplete, damaged, have been washed, any labels present have been removed or showing other signs of wear. Only Undiemeister® is entitled to determine the decrease in value.
7.2. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to return products. This is why we have a standard and easy procedure for you, which is explained on our returns page: https://undiemeister.com/be_fr/returns. It is also possible to return the order partially.
7.3. The product(s) should be returned as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days after receipt of all the products in your order. The return address of Undiemeister® is stated on https://undiemeister.com/be_fr/returns or will be received by you via email. The return costs are at your own expense. 8. Intellectual property
8.1. Undiemeister® owns all intellectual property rights related to its brands, like Undiemeister®, Mellowood®, the color-names of the products, the products and the website including all promotional materials like video’s, photography and text.
9. Changes
9.1. Changes in these Conditions will be published on the website. You are advised to check these Conditions when ordering with us. These Conditions were last changed on July 12, 2022.
10. Applicable Law
10.1. Dutch law applies to these Conditions and to the agreements between you and Undiemeister BV. In case of any conflicts, the Court of Utrecht, The Netherlands, will decide on the matter, notwithstanding your rights as a consumer that you may have according to the country you are residing in.
