Canyon Dust (Orange)

It is the end of a warm afternoon, just before nightfall. That's when the dry desert heat in Bryce Canyon will give way to the welcome crisp coolness. The deep colour of the setting sun conjures up more shades of red and orange than a painter could mix. From bright and fresh to the deepest and darkest shades, effortlessly blending into one another. As the shadows grow longer, the characteristic rock formations create a mystical picture. Almost too many colour tones to choose from. Our choice fell on the feeling of heated stones in the cool of the desert night.
