Questions about payments and the method of payment:
The order page (complete order) is secured via https. The online payment is then securely processed by Payment Service Provider Mollie. Mollie makes online payment at Uniemeister possible by offering online payment methods. They take care of the handling of your transaction and possibly check for fraud.
No, your credit card number is and will remain invisible to us for security and privacy reasons. Moreover, we do not need that at all.
We use Klarna as an after payment method. They use their own criteria to ensure the credibility. We have no influence on that process.
A true Meister thinks of the well-being of our beautiful earth. That is why we want to limit the number of shipments where possible, we do so by encouraging larger orders. After all, one or two boxer shorts are never enough, especially if you know our incomparable premium quality! That is why we have moved the limit for free shipping to 35,- for shipping in The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the United Kingdom. Below that order amount Undiemeister will charge 3.95. View all shipping rates here. We charge this for the shipping and administrative handling of your order. Of course we will pay for any subsequent deliveries. Returns are at your own expense, but… we’ll pay for the shipment again if you want to exchange.
Undiemeister® doesn’t send partial deliveries by default. We want to reduce the total amount of shipments and their weight on the enviroment to a minimum. On our website we always communicate below the product if an item is on stock or out of stock and when we will expect them to be on stock again. Would you like to receive your partial delivery? Please contact our customer service.
The shipping cost for Undiemeister are:
- Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the United Kingdom 3,95 (free from 35,-)
- The remainder of Europe 9,95
- The rest of the world 14,95.
Password when ordering
This is a password that you come up with yourself, so one especially for Undiemeister, or a password that you already have for another use. Whatever you want
You can then log in to track your order. Moreover, the password makes it easy for you to order again the next time: you log in with your e-mail address and password and your (address) information will be filled in for you.
No, it’s invisible to us.
Yes, if you log in with your email address and your current password you will be taken to your customer section, here you are able to change the password.
This is due to the unique combination of TENCEL™ with organic cotton and the optimally sustainable way in which both fabrics are produced. Recycling is of paramount importance to us, we throw away as little as possible and strive to be CO2 neutral. Because of this we also surpass bamboo boxer shorts (and we should know!).
Almost all of the fibers of which the yarn is spun come from Europe. This also applies to the place where our articles are assembled.
30 degrees, not too much cycles. Don’t steam. You are better off not using tumble dry and if you want to iron the shirt make sure you use a low temperature.
Same as everywhere else. Undamaged, unworn and in the original packaging.
Yes, but only if you return within 14 days and the items are undamaged. We will then refund the amount through Mollie as soon as possible, within 30 days at least.

Please add the exchange form which you can download on the page “Exchanges and returns”, at the bottom. Print it out and fill in what you would like to see happen. Please send the form to the above address. Unable to print for whatever reason? Then add separate information such as: order number, items in your return and what you would like to see happen. For example: which size you want, which color or that you are returning and want to be refunded. Please make sure that you meet the return conditions ok?
Yes, that happens automatically, at the email address you provided.
After receipt we will send the new items as soon as possible. Your order will almost always be delivered to you the next day, except on Sunday.
