Questions about payments and the method of payment

  • Is my online payment secure?

    The order page (complete order) is secured via https. The online payment is then securely processed by Payment Service Provider Mollie. Mollie makes online payment at Uniemeister possible by offering online payment methods. They take care of the handling of your transaction and possibly check for fraud.

  • Can you see my creditcard number if i use that as payment?

    No, your creditcard number is and will remain invisible to us for security and privacy reasons. Moreover, we do not need that at all.

  • Can I pay by bank transfer?

    You can only use the payment services we offer. Bank transfer is not included.

Shipping FAQ

  • What do I pay for shipping costs and administrative processing?

    A real Meister thinks about the well-being of our beautiful planet. We want to limit the number of shipments where possible, by encouraging larger orders. After all, one or two boxer shorts are never enough, especially when you are familiar with our incomparable premium quality! That is why we have moved the limit for free shipping to $90. Below that order amount, Undiemeister® charges $20,- for the US. This is for the shipping and administrative processing of your order. We will of course pay for any back orders. Returns are at your own expense, but… we will pay the shipping to you, if you want to exchange.

  • Does Undiemeister also send partial deliveries?

    Undiemeister®️ does not make partial deliveries in order to minimise the impact on the environment. We communicate clearly on our website whether the desired products are in stock and, if not when we expect them to be back in stock. Would you still like to receive part of your order from us earlier? Please contact our customer service.

  • Where can I find my Track and Trace code?

    You can find the Track and Trace code in the shipping confirmation that will be sent to the email address you entered. From this moment on, the delivery service holds your package for delivery.

  • What if I have not received my package and my Track and Trace indicates that it has been delivered?

    Please contact us at We will ensure that the delivery service will find out where your package is.

Password when ordering

  • What is the password I have to enter?

    You make up your own password, so especially for your Undiemeister account, this could be a password that you already use for another application. You choose.

  • Why is that password?

    You need it to log in to track your order. Moreover, the password makes it easy for you to order again next time: you log in with your email address and password, and your (address) information is entered for you.

  • Can you see my password?

    No, that's invisible to us.

  • Can I change password?

    Yes, if you log in with your email address and your current password, you will reach your customer area, where you can change the password.

  • Do your sizes always stay the same, so that I can simply reorder?


Frequently asked questions about our range

  • Are you planning to expand the range?

    Yes, but we slowly. We believe in slow fashion. This could be more colours for boxer shorts and a new edition of T-shirts here and there. The range will also be expanded in the future, with greater variety in the products.

  • Why did you choose these colours?

    We are focused on sustainability and want the best for nature. Because we are passionate about this, we allow ourselves to be inspired by colours from nature. We use these colours in our products.

Questions about ordering our products.

  • Is it possible to view the range in a store?

    We do not have a physical store. Our products are described as extensively as possible on our webshop with clear photos.

  • Can I only order through the website?

    At Undiemeister you can only place your order online. If this is difficult, our customer service will happily walk you through it.

Frequently asked questions about our Mellowood® fabric.

  • Why are Mellowood® T-shirts, socks and underwear better?

    This is due to the unique combination of TENCEL™ with organic cotton and the optimally sustainable way in which both fabrics are produced. Recycling is of paramount importance, throwing away as little as possible and striving for CO2 neutrality. As a result, we have surpassed bamboo boxer shorts (and we should know!).

  • Where does Mellowood® come from?

    Almost all fibres used to spin the yarn come from Europe. This also applies to the place where our items are manufactured.

  • What is the best way to wash Mellowood®?

    30 degrees, not too high of a spin speed. Do not dry clean. It's better not to put your items in the dryer and if you want to iron: at a low temperature.

  • Does Mellowood® shrink?

    Mellowood® is prewashed and preshrunk. Shrinkage must therefore be minimal.

  • Does Mellwood stretch after wearing?

    Mellowood is extremely soft and flexible. This ensures that our products fit your body perfectly snug and feel very soft. As with any other product containing organic cotton, some stretch will be unavoidable. However, after washing, the product will take on its original shape again.

  • Do Undiemeister boxer shorts have a special waistband?

    Yes, the waistband of our boxer shorts is woven with a special loop weave. This results in a very soft strap that fits the body and feels comfortable.

Frequently asked questions about returns

  • What are your exchange requirements?

    The same as everywhere else. Undamaged, unworn and in the original packaging.

  • Can I get a refund?

    Yes, but only if you return within 30 days and the items are undamaged. We will refund the amount through Mollie as soon as possible, in any case within 30 days.

  • How does return or exchange work?

    Simple. Send your return(s) to:

    Undiemeister, Ambachtweg 2, 5731 AG Mierlo.

    Remember to add the returns form, which you can download on the page “Exchanges and Returns”, at the bottom. Print it out and fill in what you would like instead. Send the form to the above address. Can't print? Add separate information such as: order number, items with your return and what you would like to do. For example: which size you want, which colour, or that you would like a refund. Please make sure you meet the return conditions.

    Please ensure that the products are returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Let's keep it clean. Quickly cross it off your to-do list and send your return to us within 30 days. Your product will be exchanged or the purchase amount will be refunded. (Please note that the amount to be refunded may be lower because your Meister Volume Discount may be reduced). You must pay the return costs. In case of an exchange, we will send you the replacement products free of charge.

  • How do I place a return request?
    • Go to your account and click on returns.
    • Select the relevant order and click on return.
    • Select the product you wish to return.
    • Fill in the requested information (quantity, reasons, condition, and whether you want to exchange or return the product).
    • Please clearly enter what your complaint is or which product you would like to exchange it for in the text field.
    • You can also upload a file, such as a photo.
    • Now accept our returns policy and confirm your request.
    • You will receive an email with your returns form attached. Please print this and add it to your return.

    Yes, that happens automatically, to the email address you have provided.

  • How quickly will I receive the new items?

    We will ship the new items as soon as possible after receipt. Your order will almost always be delivered to you the next day, except on Sundays.

  • Are there any costs involved if I want to return a product?

    We strive for maximum sustainability. As a result, we have made the choice to have the costs for returning our products borne by the customer. This prevents unnecessary orders and unnecessary transport. If it concerns an exchange, we will send the replacement product free of charge.

  • How do I use the size guide optimally?

    Our size guide is shown as clearly as possible in European standards. Not everyone measures exactly at the same points. This naturally creates margins within measurements. Because we adhere to European standards, we recommend choosing the size you normally have.
