Shipping
After placing the order you will receive an order confirmation by email. Your order will be sent by us to the address of your choice (home, work, etc.). Unfortunately, it is not possible to have your order delivered to a collection point. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace code from us. Your package will be delivered by a delivery driver.
Partial Deliveries
Undiemeister®️ does not make partial deliveries in order to minimise the impact on the environment. We communicate clearly on our website whether the desired products are in stock and, if not, when we expect them to be back in stock. When you have placed an order containing items that are not in stock, it will only be sent once everything is in stock. Would you still prefer to receive part of your order from us earlier? Please contact our customer service to discuss your shipment.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
If you place your order on Monday to Friday before 10 pm, it will be shipped the same day. The shipping costs and delivery times differ per country, below you will find an overview of the shipping costs & delivery times:
