What are the advantages of the Meister points?

With Meister points, you automatically save for something extra on your next order. Meister points can be redeemed for discount codes & free products.

How do the Meister points work?

You earn Meister points automatically with every order. For every euro spent you earn at least 5 Meister points. Furthermore, you can also earn them by liking us on social media, referring a friend to Undiemeister or subscribing to the newsletter.

Will I receive my Meister points immediately?

Your Meister points will be reserved for up to 14 days after your purchase. After this period they are automatically added to your account. If you refer someone, the same 14-day period applies after your friend's order.

Where can I find the link I can share with new customers?

You can find your personal link when you are logged in to the loyalty page. You can easily share the link via WhatsApp or email.

How should I use my Meister points?

You can redeem your Meister points for a discount code or free products via the loyalty page. Please note that you must be logged in with the correct email address to do so.

How long are my Meister points valid?

Meister points remain valid for 1 year. But: if you place a new order within that year we will automatically extend the validity of all your accumulated points. This way your Meister points will only expire if you don't shop with us for more than a year.

Are Meister points deducted after I return an order?

Yes the value of the returned items will be deducted from your Meister points.

Can you redeem Meister points on every item?

You can redeem the Meister points for a discount code, these codes are valid for all items.

Can I redeem my Meister points for cash?

No, you cannot redeem your points for cash with us. The points can only be used to get a discount on the purchase of our items.

Do I receive Meister points for all products?

You will receive Meister points for all of our products, with the exception of gift cards. Additionally, you will not receive Meister points for shipping costs.

Is my online payment secure?

Yes, Undiemeister uses Pay as its payment platform, a secure and reliable Payment Service Provider. All payments are made via an encrypted connection and comply with applicable security standards (PCI DSS). Where applicable, payments are additionally secured with 3D Secure, so you're always assured of a secure transaction environment.

Can you see my credit card number if I pay with it?

No, your credit card number is and will remain invisible to us for security and privacy reasons. Moreover, we have no need for it whatsoever.

Are the prices on your website inclusive or exclusive of VAT?

All prices displayed on our website include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Is a bank transfer also possible?

You can only use our offered payment services. This does not include bank transfer.

If I want to pay on account and it is declined, what is the matter?

We use Klarna as a post-payment option. They use their own criteria, which we have no influence on. Should this happen, please contact Klarna customer service.

How do I order an Undiemeister gift card?

Very simple, you go on the website at the top right to Giftcards. There you choose whether you want to receive a digital or physical gift card and the amount you want to gift. Do you choose a digital version? Then the recipient will receive the gift card directly in the mail.

How can I use my gift card?

After you have placed your desired items in your shopping cart and entered your information, go to the payment methods. There you enter your received code at "enter gift card code" and click on "add code". You can pay any outstanding amount using one of the other payment methods.

With which delivery service will my package arrive?

Within the Netherlands your package will be delivered by PostNL or DHL. Within Europe all our packages are shipped with DHL and GLS and outside Europe we ship with FedEx.

Where is my order?

Normally, orders placed before 10 p.m. will be shipped the same business day. You will also receive an email with a track & trace code. Did you place your order longer ago? First check if the products ordered by you do not have a notification. You get this message by selecting the size, then in red text appears that there is another delivery date. Is this not the case with your products? Please contact our customer service, and then we will check what exactly is going on with your order.

What do I pay for shipping and administrative handling?

A true Meister thinks about the well-being of our beautiful earth. We therefore want to limit the number of shipments whenever possible, by encouraging larger orders. After all, one or two boxer shorts are never enough, especially when you know our incomparable premium quality! Therefore, we have moved the limit for free shipping to €45,-. Below that order amount, Undiemeister charges €4.99 for the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France. This is for shipping and administrative handling of your order. We will of course pay for any subsequent deliveries. Returns are again at your own expense, but ... we again pay the shipping of the exchanged items.

Does Undiemeister also send partial deliveries?

Undiemeister does not make partial deliveries in order to minimize environmental impact. We clearly communicate on our website whether the desired products are in stock and, if not, when we expect them back in stock. Would you still like to receive part of your order earlier? Please contact our customer service.

My Track and Trace says the package was delivered, but I haven't received anything?

Annoying to hear! Unfortunately, we find that this does happen more often, especially during busy periods for mail deliverers. We would like to ask you to wait two more days. Often we see that your package is still delivered!

I missed the delivery person. What now?

No worries! This can happen, and so does the delivery service. If you have entered specific delivery preferences on your delivery service account, they will follow them. Is this not the case? Then they will most likely deliver your package to a drop-off point near you. Alternatively, they can deliver your package to your neighbors, or they may try to deliver it again the next day. Do you see on your track & trace that the package is returned to us? Please contact our customer service, and we will be happy to help you find a solution!

What are the shipping costs?

Undiemeister's shipping costs are as follows:

  2. United Kingdom €7.99
  3. In the rest of Europe €7.99
  4. In the rest of the world €14,99

What are the shipping costs for orders outside the EU?

If the delivery address is outside the European Union, additional taxes may apply. It is possible that the country in question charges additional duties, such as import taxes. Undiemeister® has no influence or control over such charges and therefore cannot provide you with further information. Any import duties and taxes are solely your responsibility as a customer and may have to be paid at the time of delivery. These additional costs are at your own expense. As a customer, You should check yourself whether the items ordered can be exported and imported to the relevant country and what the costs are, before placing such an order.

Where can I find my Track and Trace code?

You can find the Track and Trace code in the shipping confirmation sent to the email address you entered. From this moment on, the delivery service has your package in their hands for delivery.

How do I log into my account?

For this, you need to enter your email address, after which you will receive a code in the mail to log in. So there is no need for a password. Please note that the email with your login code may appear in your spam.

I can't log in to my account

Unable to log in? Then go to "login" on the website, enter your e-mail address and keep an eye on your mailbox for your temporary login code. Don't receive a code or is the code not working? Then contact customer service.

Do your sizes always stay the same so I can easily order again?

Yes, our sizes remain unchanged. In doubt about a size? Then consult our size selection guide on the website.

Are you planning to expand the range?

Yes, but slowly. We believe in slow fashion. Think more colours of boxer briefs and an occasional expansion of T-shirts. Also in the future the assortment will be expanded with more variety of products.

Why did you choose these colours?

We are focused on sustainability and want the best for nature. Because we are so concerned with this, we also let ourselves be carried away by colours from nature. These colours are reflected in our products.

How do I best use the size chart?

Our size chart is represented as clearly as possible in European standards. Not everyone measures exactly at the same points. This of course creates margins within the measurement. Because we use European standards, we advise you to stick to your normal size.

Do Undiemeister's boxer briefs have a special waistband?

Yes, the waistband of our boxer briefs is woven with a special loop weave. This results in a very soft waistband that fits to the body and feels comfortable.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

No, unfortunately that is no longer possible. Our orders are sent directly to our distribution center through automatic processes. Would you still like to change something on your order? Then you can exchange your order via our returns page.

Is it possible to view the assortment in a store?

We are available in physical retail in the Netherlands, in the shops of Coef and Diverzo. Outside of the Netherlands, we're not yet available in physical retail.

Can I order only through the website?

At Undiemeister you can only place your order online. Should this be difficult, our customer service team will be happy to walk you through the steps.

Why are T-shirts and underwear from Mellowood better?

This is due to the unique combination of TENCEL™ Modal with organic cotton and the optimally sustainable way in which both fabrics are produced. Recycling is of paramount importance here, throwing away as little as possible and striving for CO2 neutrality.

Where does Mellowood come from?

Virtually all the fibers from which yarn is spun come from Europe.

What is the best way to wash Mellowood?

30 degrees, not too much revving. Do not dry clean. Better not to tumble dry and if you want to iron: low temperature.

Does Mellowood shrink?

Mellowood is pre-washed and pre-shrunk. Shrinkage should therefore be minimal.

Does Mellowood stretch after wearing?

Mellowood is extremely soft and flexible. This ensures that our products fit the body perfectly and feel very soft. As with any other product in which organic cotton is woven, some stretching will be unavoidable. However, after washing the original shape is back.

What are your requirements for exchange?

Products must be unwashed and unworn.

Can I also get my money back?

Yes, but only if you return within 30 days and the items are in as original condition as possible. We will then refund the amount as soon as possible through our payment platform, in any case within 14 days.

How does the return or exchange work?

Make sure the products are returned unwashed and in their original condition. Send your return to us within 30 days. Your product will be exchanged or the purchase price will be refunded. Return costs are for your own account. In case of an exchange we will send you the replacement products free of charge.

  1. You can return the items via Returnista. First enter your e-mail address and order number.
  2. Place the items you want to return in the package in which you received them, or in another sturdy cardboard package.
  3. Take your package to a post office within 3 business days of notification or have your package picked up using the pick-up service (depending on which return method you have chosen).
  4. Once we have received your package, we will process the request within 3 business days.

Will I receive a receipt once you have received my return?

Yes, that happens automatically, at the email address you provided.

How soon will I receive the new items?

Upon receipt, we will ship the new items as soon as possible. Almost always your order will be delivered to you the next day, except Sundays.

Are there any fees if I want to return a product?

We strive for maximum sustainability. For this reason, we have chosen that the cost of returning our products is for our own account. This way we avoid unnecessary ordering and thus unnecessary transportation. If it concerns an exchange we will send the replacement product free of charge.
