After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail. Your order will be shipped to your chosen address: home, work or a pickup point. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a track & trace code. We work with reliable parcel delivery companies for fast delivery throughout Europe and the rest of the world.
Shipping costs
If you place your order Monday through Friday before 10 p.m., it will be shipped the same day. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country.

To minimize environmental impact, Undiemeister does not ship partial orders. We clearly communicate which products are in stock and when they are expected.
Would you still like to receive part of your order earlier? If so, please contact our customer service team.
Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to additional charges, such as import tax or customs fees. Undiemeister has no influence on this and cannot provide further information on the amount of these charges.
As the customer, you are responsible for any import duties and taxes.
The moment your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with a track & trace code. Did you not receive a confirmation? Check your spam folder or contact our customer service.
Have you set delivery preferences through your PostNL account? Then these will be followed. Otherwise, your package will probably be delivered to a PostNL point or to your neighbors.
