Shipping

After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail. We will ship your order to the address of your choice (home, work, etc.). It is also possible to have your order delivered to a pickup point. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a Track & Trace code. Your package will be delivered by a parcel delivery company.

Partial deliveries

Undiemeister does not make partial deliveries in order to minimize environmental impact. We clearly communicate on our website whether the desired products are in stock and, if not, when we expect them back in stock. If you have placed an order containing items that are not in stock, it will not be shipped until everything is in stock. Would you still like to receive part of your order earlier? Please contact our customerservice to discuss your shipment.

Shipping costs & delivery times

If you place your order Monday through Friday before 10 p.m., it will be shipped the same day. The shipping costs and delivery times vary per country, below you will find an overview of the shipping costs & delivery times:

Shipping outside the EU

If the delivery address is outside the European Union, additional taxes may apply. The country in question may charge additional fees, such as import tax. Undiemeister has no influence or control over such charges and therefore cannot provide you with further information. Any import duties and taxes are your sole responsibility as a customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery. These additional costs are at your own expense. As a customer, you are responsible for checking whether the items you have ordered can be exported and imported to the country in question and what the costs are before placing such an order.

Track your order

The moment your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an e-mail containing a Track & Trace code. Have you not received an email from us? If so, please contact Undiemeister customerservice.

I missed the delivery guy. What should I do now?

No worries! This can happen, and PostNL knows that too. If you have entered specific delivery preferences on your PostNL account, they will follow up with you. Is this not the case? Then they will most likely deliver your package to a PostNL point near you. Alternatively, they can deliver your package to your neighbors, or they may try to deliver it again the next day.

If you know you are not at home during the delivery time, we also recommend that you set your delivery preferences for our package via the track & trace.
