If you order UNDIEMEISTER® products online through our webshop, we use your contact details and the information you provide to make your orders as quick and easy as possible and to inform you about your order. We use personal information to make your shopping experience in our online shops as easy and special as possible, so that your visit to our website is tailored to your interests as much as possible.

UNDIEMEISTER® B.V. is the person responsible for processing personal data. What does that mean?

• To make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible

2. Legal bases for processing.

UNDIEMEISTER® processes your data on different bases: consent, legitimate interest and performance of the contract. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

3. Storage periods

We do not store your data longer than necessary or when there is no legal basis for processing the data.

4. Personal rights

We ensure that your rights are protected. Here we explain some of them.

• When logging into your UNDIEMEISTER® account, you can change your personal data at any time.
  
• To delete your account or access the data we process, please send us a message at klantenservice@undiemeister.com. Please note that there may be a legal obligation to keep (some of) your data in our database.
• If you have used "Maatwijzer" and no longer want us to use that data, please let us know at klantenservice@undiemeister.com.
• Do you no longer wish to receive our newsletter or other updates? Please let us know via the unsubscribe button in the emails you have received from us.

5. Data Security

Data security is an important part of personal data protection and ensures that your personal data is safe with us. Our employees know how to handle personal data, keep it confidential and if a data breach should occur, we will take the necessary steps, such as reporting it to the Personal Data Authority.

UNDIEMEISTER® cooperates with various third parties to make your shopping experience and ordering process as smooth as possible. We therefore share necessary data with these third parties. This includes your payment through our payment service provider, sending your order to the fulfillment partner, sending the track-and-trace information by email, and providing you with the latest news about our assortment.

We only use secure servers, secure connections and we have processing agreements in place.

6. Data processors

Your data is processed within the European Union. We use appropriate data processing agreements with the necessary (sub)processors.

When personal data is processed or stored outside the EU, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect personal data. More specifically, we adhere to the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

You may recognize these third parties when you store with us:

• Sofort, Paypal, iDeal or credit cards for payments
• Mollie as a payment provider
• Klarna for subsequent payments
• External mail provider to send you emails such as order confirmation and sales related
• Magento to securely store your account
• Trustpilot for additional customer protection and reviews

7. Trustpilot

Because UNDIEMEISTER® is a certified Trustpilot shop, your data is shared with Trustpilot. Trustpilot will send you an email after your purchase from UNDIEMEISTER® to request a review and provide purchase protection. Your email address is hashed and the parameter is deleted after use.

8. Cookies

UNDIEMEISTER® participates in advertisements based on interests. Upon your consent, through cookies and other techniques, we may automatically collect data about how you browse websites, use applications and store in order to improve your customer experience and provide you with communications and promotions from us or others. We may share your data with third parties and social media platforms. We strive to show you ads that are more relevant to your interests and/or interactions with our website. You can always delete or object to cookies through your browser. Note that you will still be able to see ads, but no longer based on your interests or interactions with our website.
