Washing instructions

Undiemeister uses only luxury and premium materials for all of its products. Think innovative fabrics like our patented Mellowood, which we use for underwear and undershirts, as well as high-quality performance materials for our sports line and durable blends for socks, polos and T-shirts.

Each fabric is carefully selected for comfort, breathability, durability and fit. To enjoy your Undiemeister products for as long as possible, it is important to follow proper washing instructions. All our items have been extensively tested on different washing methods.

Washing instructions by product category

Below you will find the best washing advice for each product category.

30°C

Wash at 30 degrees

  • Underwear
  • Tops & T-shirts
  • Socks
  • Swimsuits & polos
30 - 40°C

Sports line

  • Preferably 30 degrees
  • Maximum 40 degrees

For intensive use or strong perspiration, the sports line may also occasionally be washed at up to 40 degrees. This has no direct influence on the quality, but for maximum longevity, 30 degrees remains the best choice.

No fabric softener needed
Fabric Softener

No fabric softener needed

Many of our fabrics, including Mellowood, are already naturally silky soft. Fabric softener can actually have a negative effect on the fabric's breathability and moisture management properties.

Never chlorine or bleach
Bleaches

Never chlorine or bleach

Never use chlorine or bleach during washing. These agents damage the fibres, shorten the life of the product and are also bad for the environment.

No ironing required
Ironing

No ironing required

All Undiemeister products are iron-free. Thanks to the high-quality materials, the fit remains beautiful and wrinkles are minimal. Ironing is therefore not necessary.

Do not tumble dry
Drying

Do not tumble dry

We do not recommend putting our products in the dryer. The heat can damage the fibres and shorten the lifespan. Drying on the clothesline is sufficient and more energy efficient.

Still using the dryer? Then always choose a low temperature.

Minimal shrinkage
Shrink

Minimal shrinkage

When you follow the washing instructions, shrinkage is minimal. This applies to all our materials, including fabrics with elastane and cotton blends.

If in doubt, you can use a spin speed of up to 600 rpm.

We are convinced that our products retain their quality and comfort when the washing instructions are followed. Should a product no longer meet your expectations after washing, please let us know.
