Easy and quick returns.

Make sure the products are returned undamaged and unwashed. This is just as neat.
Cross it off your to-do list and send your return to us within 30 days.
Your product will be exchanged or the purchase price will be refunded. (Please note that the refund may be lower due to the lower Meister scale).
Return costs are at your own expense, for more information see our FAQ. In case of an exchange we will send you the replacement products free of charge.

Receive a free Essential?

Sometimes we surprise you with a free extra Essential if you have spent above a certain amount. If the products are not quite to your liking and you want to return them, no problem! But if you want the purchase price back, we do ask you to return the free extra product with it. If the total amount falls below the required minimum, we unfortunately have to deduct the value of the free product from the refund.

Want to exchange or return a portion, and the amount remains above the requirement? No worries! Then, of course, you can keep the extra product.

How do I place a return request?

1. Through Returnista you can return items > click here < to register your return. Please enter your email address and sub-number.
2. Place the items you want to return in the package in which you received them, or in another sturdy cardboard package.
3. Take your package to a post office within 3 business days of notification or have your package picked up using the pick-up service (depending on which return method you have chosen).
4. Once we have received your package we will process the request within 3 working days.

Your right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 30 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your wish to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing, by post, fax, e-mail or a request via Returnista). You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but are not obliged to do so. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments made by you up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you return only part of your order then the cost of delivery will not be refunded. In addition, any discount, from a composite package or Meisterstaffel, for example, may be forfeited. We will refund you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have otherwise agreed to this on high exception; in any case, you will not be charged for such refunds. We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return the goods to us without delay, but in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate the decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are in time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
