Duizenden sokken afgeleverd bij het Leger des Heils - Undiemeister

Thousands of socks delivered to the Salvation Army

After the thousands of boxer shorts, the action Undiemeister did in 2020 as an alternative to Black Friday, thousands of pairs of socks have now been handed over to the Salvation Army to benefit the homeless. That was the action that Undiemeister launched a year after the successful boxer shorts action, in 2021.

Alternative to Black Friday

In both actions, that is, the boxer shorts action in 2020 and the socks action in 2021, Undiemeister offered its customers an alternative to Black Friday. Instead of throwing high discounts, the focus was on donating to others instead of trying to score as many discounts as possible for yourself. And that caught on, as thousands of customers were only too happy for Undiemeister to reserve a pair of socks for the Salvation Army with every order.

Distribution at the Salvation Army

No sooner said than done, because you have to say yes. And so the Salvation Army received the shipments with thousands of sets of socks to be distributed to the homeless. And just socks, clean socks, like underwear, are so incredibly important for hygiene. And hygiene has always been a big challenge for those living on the streets. The Undiemeister socks were therefore welcomed with a big smile by the officers of The Army, who couldn't wait to distribute the socks to the many homeless people.

Mission accomplished: good feeling at Undiemeister and Undiemeister's customers and clean socks for those who need it most.

Undiemeister thanks all the customers who contributed to this amazing success!
