Legal Information

Your right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 30 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period shall expire 30 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your wish to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, in writing, by mail or e-mail, or a request via Returnista). You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but are not obliged to do so. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Single piece returns

Are you only returning a single piece, such as 1 pair of boxer briefs or 1 T-shirt? Then you can also opt for a letterbox package. The products must be returned in their original packaging. At your own initiative and expense, you can purchase the letterbox package at your local parcel point. Want to track your package and make sure your package reaches us? Then choose the tracking option. Please clearly write your order number on this parcel. Please note that we will not process your return if there is insufficient postage.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from the contract, you will receive back from us all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you return only part of your order then the cost of delivery will not be refunded. Please note that when advantage packages are returned incomplete, the regular item prices will be charged for the retained items.

We will refund you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have otherwise agreed on high exception; in any case, you will not be charged for such refunds. We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return the goods to us without delay, but in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
