Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. By a consumer we mean a natural person who buys a product for private use and not for business or professional purposes.

You have the right to revoke the agreement within 14 days. This period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receive the last item from your order.

You may use the revocation form for this, but it is not obligatory. You can also easily register your return online at: undiemeister.com/return. As soon as we receive your cancellation, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail.

If you send your revocation in time, this is sufficient to remain within the revocation period.

Effects of revocation

When you revoke the contract, you will receive all payments back as soon as possible, including any standard shipping costs. No later than 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used to pay for your order, unless we agree otherwise. We do not charge any fees for the refund.

We will wait to refund you until we have received the items back, or you have proven that you have returned the items - whichever comes first.

You must return the items as soon as possible, but in any case within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal, to:

The return is on time if you send the items before the expiry of the 14 days.

The direct costs of the return shipment are for your account. For normal parcel shipping this is usually about €7.50. For large or non-package shipping items, the cost may be around €13.99.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the items if it is the result of use beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, properties and function of the product.
